Karen's Story
Life February 2016:
I have two very beautiful daughters. One lives 3 hours north of us and has the most adorable 16 month old little boy. His eyes and entire face light up when he smiles, which is very frequently. He is extremely active--always on the go. He is sweet and smart. He will be a big brother in September! My other daughter moved to California in 2008. I was hoping she'd move back, but she said Illinois cannot compete with the beach, mountains, milder winters, and everything else that she fell in love with in California. n California and has a very precious 17 month old little boy. He will be a big brother next month! He is also sweet and smart and so adorable. I had come to terms with the fact that I might not have grandchildren because the girls are all over 30, but then here come 4 babies in around a 2 year time period! The first two completely stole my heart, and now I can't wait to meet the other two! I am still working at Komatsu, and I hope to be able to retire from there someday. My husband and I have been married for 35 years--looking forward to number 36 in December. Wishing all my former classmates health and happiness.
