Karen's Story
Mine is a charmed life--I married my college sweetheart (Don) in 1986; we did some traveling and living "abroad" (outside of Texas) until we settled down to start our family. Chris was born in 1990, Jessica in 1993, and Andrew in 1995...and we are kept in line by two Weimaraners--Samson and Molly.

editor, magazine feature writer and editor, writing teacher, teacher of writing teachers, full-time homemaker, part-time knitting teacher/designer, copy-editor of novels and dabbler in poetry, I've launched back into the classroom as a full-time junior high school English teacher in the fall. (And yes, I still have "first day of school" nightmares.)
