Karen's Story

Life HAPPILY married to Rex Rogers (class of 71) for 37 years as of June 8, 2009. Rex & I moved to Florida in 1995 and loved it there. MOVED BACK TO RENO in June, 2005, to care for my aging/ailing parents. My dad passed away in May, 2006, Mom passed away in May, 2008. We sold her house and are now living in Brookings, Oregon. We both are employed by our church - I am the Administrative Assistant and Rex is the Maintenance ...Expand for more
Engineer. We love serving the Lord here! Our daughter, Renee got married last May to a wonderful man, Benjamin, and we became "instant" grandparents to Sasha Rose who will be 5 in March 2010. They live in Reno. Our son, Michael is married to Jen and they also live in Reno. We are so blessed to live on this beautiful coast, watching the whales migrate, walking on the beach and just loving the Lord and the life He has given us!
