t for the BBC's "A History of Britain," left the doctoral program ABD and took a job at Columbia's Butler Library, returned to Rutgers to add an MLIS to my MA and MPhil. Got my dream job as Columbia's Ancient & Medieval History Librarian, which includes opportunities to teach, to travel, and to learn. Work trips have included France, Belgium, and Egypt (multiple times), with Rome and London on the horizon.
In 2005 started Columbia's graphic novels collection, which has grown into a major part of my job, and has brought wonderful people into my life.
