Karen's Story
Life
After graduating from Girls High, I went directly to State College and graduated from Penn State in 3 years. Jay graduated from Bartram High and then from Temple U. We married in Aug, 1971, lived in the Phila suburbs, had 2 sons, Eric in '76, and Matthew in '78. In Aug of 79, we moved to Phoenix Az and now only go back East occasionally to visit. of Pa, Matthew graduated from Brown U, worked 2 years in Boston, and now has returned to Az for his MBA/JD at the U of AZ in Tucson. Jay had his own Market Research firm which he sold, and now owns and manages commercial real estate. We both are very involved in the Jewish non-profit world. After living in our first home in Az for 18 years, we built our dream home in Paradise Valley almost 7 years ago.
