Karen's Story
After high school, I worked, moved to Arkansas, went to Harding for a while. Then I got bored with school and quit. After working full time for another year, I moved back to Ca and got married. While married I had three children and then after nearly 25 years, I got divorced and I went back to college at Harding. That was in 2002 and in 2007, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. I now work for an Interior Designer and my title is Soft Interior Design ...Expand for more
Engineer (in other words I sew drapes, bedding, pillows, table skirts, etc., and some of my work has been in publication). My oldest daughter has a son, so I am a grandmother, my son will be getting married next April, and my youngest has been married for two years-no children. My sister Anita Louise Hinds passed away in 1995, and my father passed away last year (08). My mother lives with me here in Conway, Arkansas. You can see pics of my work and home on my facebook page.
