Karen's Story
Hello fellow Aviators!! I am Karen (Hoffmaster) McKnight and I graduated with the class of 1974. I am still in the Alliance area (Beloit) and have worked at Alliance Community Hospital for the past, almost, 22 years. I am married to Randy McKnight from Marlington class of 1974. We have been together since 1991 and married since 1999. I have one son, Trey Parks, born in 1980 who in turn has 4 children, Aric 9, Deja' 8, Adrionna 5 and Tavian 5. Randy has one son, Todd, who just turned 21. We have two dogs, Butch and Maggie and three cats, Bubbles, Momma cat and Baby cat. I enjoy reading, watching TV (I love reality shows), playing on the internet, playing with my grandchildren who I don't see enough of and I love to travel around the good old USA.

hool was Friday and Saturday night cruising State Street. Remember those days? Up and down, back and fourth. Burger Chef, Red Barn (I actually worked there for a while in 1979-1980). Friday night football games, playing in the band (trombone), practice, practice, practice, Mr. Weitzel. Remember our first year in high school (sophomore year) at the old high school? Lunch at Heggy's, if you could get in. Lunch at the "NEW" high school, spending most of it out in the smoking area. I took two lunch periods senior year and never got caught! Never did show up at that study hall and they never missed me! Skipping class and not getting caught! Drivers Ed at the old high school in the trailer. Those were the days! High school is so different now. I'm sure glad I went when I did. How about you?
