Karen's Story

I have been living in Alaska since 1981. I play ice hockey on two women's teams. I am a goalie. I have been married to my wonderful husband Earl for 37 years. We have four grandchildren that all live here in Anchorage. I really miss the beaches of San Diego, ...Expand for more
but other than that, Alaska is the place to be. I retired from my job of 26 years a year ago last December. Since then I have traveled a lot and spent a lot of time with my kids and grandkids. I work part time, but only about eight hours a week. Life is good!
