Karen Lee Cushman:  

I'm currently a Credit/Collections Manager for one of the top firearms companies in the world. I love my job. I went to college at UMUC and was working on my Bachelors but landed good paying jobs and focused on my career and the money at that time, I regret this because now that I have the good paying job and have worked my way up, the degree really would have added the icing on the cake. It is a personal goal of mine to one day finish. I am however taking several accreditation courses in Credit Management and have earned my CBA - Credit Business Associates in July 2007. I've been married for almost 17 years and have two sons, Jonathan who is 15 on 3/27/09 and Nicholas who will be 12 on 7/22/09. I still live in MD in La Plata. I have a dog named Kimba who is 2 and very spoiled. My husband, Bobby Cushman who also went to OHHS, bought him for me after we had to put my first dog, Simba of 16 years asleep on 4/7/07...a very sad day for me. Bobby and I love to camp, boat, go to the beach and travel. We plan to vacation in Costa Rica this summer - August 2009. My inspiration and the backbone of me and my family is my Mom, Momacita, and my Dad, who many of you may know or have met. They are the rock of our family and I could not see my life without them. I'm still very family oriented, I am very close with my brothers, Steven, Norman and Peter and my sister, Michelle as well as their spouses and kids. They all live locally and are all very close. I still keep in touch with many friends from High School and especially now that I signed up on facebook...a great way to connect with old friends from even John Hanson...Expand for more
