Karen's Story
Hi everyone,
I'm divorced, have 5 children, and live in Southern Oregon. I'm still working as a Residential Advisor (love my job!) and also taking university courses. I love to read, garden, craft ceramic pieces, travel and spend time with my family and friends. Also enjoy concerts, theater, music and movies. I would love to hear from more classmates and am looking forward to our 50th. class reunion in 2010.
Life
My youngest daughter Holly became engaged December 2nd. She and her fiancee will be married January 19th. at S. Lake Tahoe. I'm so happy for both of them and also for her daughters, my granddaughters Jordan and Hannah. Jerry, her future husband, is very good to them and they love him also. We're all looking forward to going to Tahoe next month for the wedding! The reception will be here in OR sometime next summer and a honeymoon will follow that.

orable in their attendant's finery. They've been moving all weekend into Jerry's big house and the girls are delighted to have their own rooms again at last! The happy couple have decided on an Eastern Carribean Cruise in June for their honeymoon, still with the reception here in the Rogue Valley, but now following the honeymoon rather than ahead of it.
I've just returned to Oregon after spending a year in New Mexico. Also have gorgeous new twin grandsons; Kyle and Kameron, and a lovely new great granddaughter; Avery. That makes 7 grands and 2 greats...fabulous!! Oops!...almost forgot to mention, I'm now retired. (Well, for the moment at least.) Right now, there's so much to do, it's hard to fit it all in, but, if that ever changes, I'll go back to work. My kids and grandkids don't want me to work anymore, but I don't do bored at all! Can't imagine that happening though :) For those who knew him, I'm sorry to tell you that Larry Denison passed away on April 6th. I know he will be missed by many.
