Wow! Sum up thirty three years in 4,000 words? Hmm... Left Methuen in '77 for college in Hackettstown, NJ to study Communications and Media Arts...earned my BS in '81....and married Michael in '80 (yes...he was one of my professors)! Married for 30 years now. Living in Kenoza Lake, NY, part of the Sullivan Catskills. I spent about 13 years in advertising/pr jobs, most of it for Cablevision Industries in Liberty, NY. When the company was sold I started my own marketing communications commpany with a partner. I bought her out and now have a new partner. FisherMears Associates is the name of the company. In my free time, I'm also a Weight Watchers leader, having lost and currently maintaining a 65-pound weight loss! If anyone's ever in New York's Catskills regio...Expand for more

We live 10 minutes from the site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival on which, one of my clients (and my former boss at Cablevision Industries) opened BethelWoods Center for the Arts. It's a wonderful place and I'm proud to be a donor. I am currently the Chair of a local Boys & Girls Club organization and the Partnership for Economic Development. No kids in our life...we both thought we'd be lousy parents Truth is, I'd probably be really good at it! I've lived here, two hours from NYC since 1981 and have really come to enjoy country living. Have a great group of friends I adore...and I wouldn't change much about my life expect to find more free time to travel and play tennis! All is well here in the Sullivan Catskills.
