Life
There's so much to cover. It's been so long. But here goes!
I am presently living in Washington D.C. and have been since 1973 after graduating from Howard University with a B.A. in Elementary Education. I'm married and have three great children. The oldest is 19 and a sophomore at the University of Richmond.The younger two are twins and will soon turn 14.
I'm a technology teacher with the DC Public School system and a part-time teacher trainer. I have a Master's Degree in Educational Supervison and Administration and more hours than I can count in technology-related courses from a number of local universities. th any high school folks for too long. I recognize many names on the list and would love to hear from anyone who remembers good ol' Central, and the typing/steno teachers, Ms. Schneer and Ms. Pharr.
One of my best friends was Maria (Lulu) Sanchez who I haven't seen or heard from since HS. They used to call me Smokie. I worked on the yearbook staff for awhile. I remember having a part-time typing job after school but can't remember where. I see Philip Berry's name on the list but no other information. It really would be nice to have a reunion. I know that the building is gone but this site could be the beginning of something good. I'd like to hear from anyone from the class 0f '68. Look to hear from you soon.
