Karen's Story
Dear Struthers friends, Can not believe that I'm a grandma of an almost 13 year old granddaughter and a 7 year old grandson. My daughter is Kim Gill. She works as a physical therapist assistant and her husband works on radios for a military servicer. I work at a nursing home as a cook where I have been for the last 13 years. I've lived in sunny Florida since 1985 when my husband lost his railroad job and we moved to Spring Hill to start a Video Store. Ran it successfully for 5 years but gave it up as cable close...Expand for more
d in our area and we lost the edge. Worked for a supermarket and a drug store until I got divorced and moved to Crystal River. My ex has since passed on. I have my own home in Crystal River and spend most days off with the family in New Port Richey. That's my life. If anyone wants to respond and share their life I'm curious what has happened since '64 graduation. Have heard that no one from our class still lives in Struthers but don't know if that is true. My Mom is in Maplecrest and just had her 90th birthday!
