Life Well, 26 years ago I never thought I would be living in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. But here I am. After high school I went to Towson State for a year to major in Art Education. Sometime during my second semester I decided to change course and become a medical secretary and so enrolled in Towson Stratford Business School. After graduation I got a job as the clinic coordinator for the Dementia Research Clinic at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and secretary to the director of the Schizophrenia clinic. I worked there for 5 years and during that time met and fell in love with a medical student (against my better judgement). In 1989 we got married and moved to Gainesville, FL for my husband to begin his general surgery residency. I was the Administrative assistant to the Chairman of Radiology at the Univery of Florida. Our daughter, Kendall, was born in April of 1992 in Gainesville. My husband and I decided that I would become a stay-at-home mom. In July '92 we moved to St. Louis, Missouri for our Plastic Surgery residency/fellowship at Wash U/Barnes hospital. I continued to be a mom and our son, Patrick, was born in December of 1994. In July of 1995, my husband took a job here in Murfreesboro, TN. We have lived here ever since. However, in February of 2001, my huband admitted to having an affair with his married nurse practioner (not the first). We divorced in Feb 2002, he and his nurse had a baby the next month in March.
