Life
I Live in Celina, Texas, in the country. I am a nurse at Denton County Health Dept., in Denton for 14 years. Was happily married for almost 25yrs to David Neal, who passed away August 2008. He blessed me with 4 children, I had 1, from James Meinen, and we had 1 together. Your, mine, and ours. Sounds familar? Tracy 42, Shawn 40, Terry 36, Scott 37, Misty Meinen 34, and Casey, would have been 23yrs. He passed at 18 yrs in an auto accident, hit by a drunk driver. I have 10 grandchildren. 1 great grandchild, 2 are biological grandchildren. 1 from my daughter Misty, Victoria 7 and 1 from Casey, Shelbey 6. All the children are married and gone but Misty and Victoria. I am staying active in our church, in the Colony. I am interested in old friends contacting me and going out, cooking out or camping, playing games or even Poker. I have a regular Poker game each month at my home. My brothers, sisters and friends come over. We weould love to have you. I love to have a good time and live life to it's fullest. I wake up each morning and thank God for my awesome life. I always wanted to be a programmer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that I should be a nurse. As it turns out, they were right.
Quote from my son: Children are not mistakes, only my timing can be off but children are not mistakes. Little did he know, his timing was perfect.
If I won $100 million, I'd give 10% of it to my church, 10% to Lyphoma/Leukemia foundation for researce, then spend the rest on my kids, my mom, friends and of course myself. They will never have to want for anything again. Of course, investments.
My current age is 53. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now were old. I was so completely wrong. I am young, but wiser. My husband
passed at 62 yrs and that is young. I look forward to each decade.
I love working in Public Health it is so challenging and Laid back. I think you need a PHD, sometimes, to do immunizations, it has gotten so complicated.

ut people who don't know me very well, would probably describe me as a positive person.
I have gotten everyone out of the house. No children live in my home for the first time in my life. I have a wonderful compainion who is my best friend. He and I get along so well.
Won awards in Bowling, Hand & Foot(Like Canasta & Rummy),Dominos, Beauty Pageants(younger days, of course)and Of Course Texas Holdem.
In 10 years, I hope to be writing childrens books. I'm going to get there, by starting my first book to come out next year. It is a book to help someone, with grief that has lost a child or loved one.
My oldest friend is Brenda Bettencourt, we play poker together and our personalities click. We just went on a cruise in October 2008 and had a great time. We go on vacations together, and Colorado. We camp and play Keno once a month together. I love her, even though, that doesn't account that she is my sister-in-law.
My first job was at Six Flags over Texas in Arlington, TX, where I got paid 22 cents an hr. to work on my feet all day. What I remember most about it, it was fun. My room in my office, at my present work, is in Twitty bird and Looney Tunes so I guess it took me back. If I can't go to work to play, I will stay at home. I am a Looney Nurse with Looney Tunes. Ha Ha
The greatest times growing up is riding my horse in the woods and exploring. I pretended to be an Indian. Later, I found out, I am an Indian, Cherokee, on both sides. Don't know what tribe.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel guest bathroom and add on a game room. I want to remodel the whole thing. or just build another home. My dream home would be a log cabin.
"House" is my favorite series. He is kinda sexy, in his sarcastic way. I love the love hate relationship he has going.
My hero is my Stepmom, Regena. She is my inspiration. She taught me to be a good Stepmom as well, and to love myself.
If I'm going to work, I need to have my lunch(Jenny Craig OR Salad), fruits, water, and cell phone to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
To keep me grounded, I need Yoga, meditation and God.
