Workplace
In 2003, my husband Roger and I bought a bed and breakfast in a western town north of Phoenix called Cave Creek. We spent 9 months fixing it up and making it ready for guests. We opened in October 2003, calling it Spur Cross Bed and Breakfast after Spur Cross Conservation Area, a 2500 acre preserve that you can see from our property. n 2007 we sold the B&B, before the real estate market crashed. We moved 25 miles into a more remote area.
Personal
I work PT for the local museum, work on my artwork and do the art show circuit. I recently met First Lady laura Bush who has one of my pieces, and will be meeting with First Lady Michelle Obama this April when I tour the White House and have my photo taken with her as she also has one of my works of art.
