Life
10/12: We are now living in Franklin, TN (just south of Nashville). 3 kids are still in the US: Rick (33)lives in London, England with his beloved Amanda (married in Edinburgh, Scotland 7/11); Amanda (31) is working for Blackrock in Princeton, NJ with grandkitty Elsie, and Margaret (29) is about to move to San Francisco and will continue to work for Citigroup. She was married in Oct. 08 in Napa Valley, CA to Scott Schwaitzberg, now working for Google.org.. I have a grandpuppy - Brix! Jonathan (19) is a sophomore at Western Kentucky U in Bowling Green majoring in English/Creative Writing. After 4 years in France, we returned to the USA as of June 2005.

n to get to know the men behind the numbers. My other pen pal finally got out of the system after 28 years behind bars (19 on death row). He was wrongfully convicted. Meeting him and getting to know his story has galvanized my conviction that the death penalty must be abolished. Too many human beings are involved in the system, and any one of them can make a fatal mistake or corrupt the process.
I was a 16 year employee of the Katy ISD in TX working as an Instructional Technology Facilitator for 9 of those years. I had the perfect job: school calendar work days more or less, help teachers integrate technology into their teaching, design projects, no papers to grade, managed approximately 400 computers and 5 servers. Now I'm enjoying discovering my activist side. My husband is a terrific guy. I've been truly blessed. Hope you have been too! How have you been?
