Karen's Story
Karen is married to Irving Chambers. Her schools include Englewood High School. She later attended Johnson C. Smith University, Chicago State University, and National-Louis University. After retirement, she worked at Illinois PBIS Network and Charles Rutenberg Realty.
Karen's interests includes traveling, exercising, and crossword puzzles. Music she likes includes Bob Marley, all Luther Vandross Music, and Contemporary R&B. Books she likes include Murder Mysteries. My favorite movie is Overboard. TV shows I like include Reality shows, Cooking shows and Suspense shows.

nd caring for my husband who had a stroke.
I have two grown children, Sanura and Jelani, two beautiful granddaughters, Anisa and Jordyn, and a handsome grandson, Madden. I also have a wonderful son-in-law, Marland. I am retired after 35 years in the Chicago Public Schools, where I served as a teacher, a school psychologist, Senior Advisor of Psychological Services, and Director of Pupil Support Services. After my retirement I became a Realtor. I also worked parttime as a School Psychologist to keep myself busy. My last part time was a coordinator with the PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) Network in the DuPage County Schools. I am now fully retired and enjoying life!!
