I live in Nor Cal and still a School Counselor. Hubby is a veteran (27+ years) ICU RN. All three of our kids (22,21, and 19) are in college this year. Can you say, 'financially challenged parents'. Oldest daughter graduated from Cal Baptist in Riverside this May. Working for a year before going on to Grad school.
Her younger sibs have put their college plans on hold, and in the process of finding out the joy/challenge of working at minimum wage jobs while on their own.
