Karen's Story

Life My Spouse I am married to a wonderful man. Mike and I have been together for 29 years. My Pets All of our pets are "rescued pets". They have all been saved from "the fate". Penny, our beagle/husky mix, was found wandering the streets of Detroit as a small puppy, Molly a pure bred German Shepherd was adopted from Animal Control - shhhh don't tell her that she isn't a 20# lap dog. Simba, our cat was saved from going to the animal pound. I love my animals. My Kids My Kids - I have two wonderful childre...Expand for more
n. My daughter Melissa is 22 and attending UofM Flint for her teaching degree, she also works part time. My Son Roy is 20 and in the Air Force stationed at McChord Air Force Base in Seattle Washington. Currently he is deployed in Iraq and will be returning to the states in November. My Job I currently work for an Insurance Company based out of Houston Texas. I am an Underwriter. I also helped design the web based application that our company uses and am the Coordinator between departments and the IT department.
