Karen's Story
Life
Its been 6 years since high school ended. Can you believe it? I have a wonderful boyfriend named Steve and a great dog named Gizmo. Steve and I have been together almost 3 years now and are planning to get married eventually. We are not in a hurry as I am still in school but do want to get married at some point. I am also now the proud aunt of 3 nephews (7, 4, and 7 months). I can't believe how quickly they grow up. My parents are now living in Houston so its just me and my brother and his wife and kids still in Dallas. ...Expand for more
Actually, I'm in north Dallas and they still live in Allen. I just recieved my Associates Degree from CCCCD and transfered to UNT for my Bachlor's. It took me a while to decide what I wanted to do and then I did not have the greatest planing for transfering. So I still have a few years of school left. Oh well. Someday I'll finish school. Hopefully while I can still walk! Anyhow, I'm finally in a place in life where I am confident of who I am and what I'm doing and what the future will hold for me. Oh what an adventure life is!
