Karen's Story
Life
I still live in Eugene. I graduated from the U. of O. with three degrees in the areas of music education and elementary education.
At North I loved musical theatre. I still do today. I direct a musical every year at McCornack Elementary School where I teach 5th grade. This year I am directing Disney's "Beauty and the Beast."

I also travel internationally every year. My top three favorite countries so far have been Morocco, Egypt and India. My quest is to, in the not too distant future, teach overseas in one of those countries.
No, I have never married. I would like to if the right person comes along. I guess I shall see what the future brings. For now, I keep myself very busy surrounded by lots of students and future travel plans.
