Great week for me thanks to Beachbody. Friday I received my Les Mills Pump t-shirt. Saturday morning was spent with other awesome coaches at Super Saturday. I came home to find that P90 arrived. Can't wait for Wednesday
Got my sweat on with P90 speed sweat snd speed abs this morning. This will be a great fit club workout.
I was cleaning out my 18 year-old son's drawers yesterday and found some sweats that don't fit him anymore. Guess what? They fit me! New sweats for me. Sweet!

I kept my promise to walk Lake Union today if the Huskies beat Oregon State last night. The forecast was for rain but it wasn't too bad. We set a good pace today and went 6.6 miles in 1.76 hours.
Bob and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary today the same way we celebrate every year with lunch at Mo's and a wonderful time on the Oregon coast. We even had nice weather today.

So we just received this box filled with lids from Amazon. We didn't order it and there was no paperwork inside. I called Amazon to confirm we wouldn't be billed for it. They couldn't find the order via the tracking number
Piyo drench is aptly named. For a low impact program you sure get a workout. My legs are shaking.
