Kari's Story
Life
I graduated from Wright State in 1988 and began working for Springboro Schools in 1989 as a teacher. I got my masters degree from UD in 1996. I have taught kindergarten, second, and third grades over the last 19 years. I got married in 1990 to Ray whom I met while waitressing in 1988. Our first daughter, Arianna, was born in 1997. She was born three months premature and weighed only 1 pound, 5 ounces. I think I probably have the record for the smallest baby born from the class of 83! rn in 2001 and weighed a more healthy 5lbs. 15 ounces. They are both healthy and happy. We currently live in Springboro, so I never moved far from home. As far as hobbies go, I love to scrapbook, read, and watch movies. As a family, we enjoy going on bike rides, visiting King's Island, and "family days".
My life has been pretty uneventful so far, but I certainly can't complain. I've been blessed with a wonderful husband, two beautiful daughters, and a job I still enjoy after 19 years. What more can a girl ask for?!
