Life
I am almost 35 years old, I am divorced with 2 sons, 9 and 11. I have been living in Porterville for 14 years, I really don't know how I ended up here, but since I am here I guess I will stay. I have been working at Porterville Developmental Center for 6 years, will probably be there for another 30 years or so, until I retire. Am I already old enough to start talking about retirement? flown by , haven't seen or spoken to very many fellow grads since graduation. Oh yeah there was that 10 year reunion back in 1998 in Selma, was good to see those who attended. Really weren't that many of us 1988ers there. Where has evryone gone? Sometimes I miss the innocence of our younger years. Now we are all grown up and have families we have to take care of , sometimes it feels like too much responsibility.
