he people are friendly, and housing prices are staggering! I had been in the software industry in Salt Lake City but after moving here and seeing the housing boom I went into real estate. I have never lived anywhere where it didn't snow in the winter so it's weird to have Thanksgiving dinner outside on the patio, but I love it!
