Life
I remarried in 2007, to a former business colleage; actually, I audited him at my last job. Vern moved from Phoenix to live in Chicago, on the 55th floor in a high-rise apartment on Lake Michigan with me. He gave up about 30 degrees, a little red convertible and a classic Jeep. Must be true love. And, he truly is the love of my life! He is an incredible man. We are getting ready to buy a place in the suburbs, looking at moving by June of next year.

I volunteer regularly at a woman's abuse shelter located in the inner city of Chicago, and have been working on my Spanish in order to someday move into an advocate for abused woman position someday.
My oldest, Ryan, is 25 and living a couple of miles away from me in Chicago, going to school full time and working full time still, with a degree completion in sight (next spring!). My middle son, Nathanial, is 23, living with my mother, and my youngest, Kyle, just turned 17 and in his junior year at high school.
That is my life now - and still an incredible, wonderful, blessed life it is.
