Karla's Story
After hanging out in NYC for several years, I relocated to Atlanta, GA in 1975, and became a U.S. Custom's Broker. After 10 years of doing that, I went back to school and have worked in education (Emory Univ. & Georgia Tech's College of Computing) managing research programs in the areas of digital graphics & animation, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, learning sciences and, most recently, randomness of algorithms - go figure (that's a pun.) I am a digital artist with work exhibited in several galleries in Atlanta/Decatur area.
I married for the first time in November of 2000. After living together for 26 years, we decided to give it a try. No human children.
High school left me with fond memories of a few nice people I met there but on the whole, in retrospect, it was the most miserable part of my life.
