Karolen's Story
After high school I did some college but events and my own lack of direction led me to not finish - something I really regret. I got married to my husband in 1994 and after a year of living in Bakersfield decided to move to Colorado. We didn't know anyone there, didn't have jobs or a place to live but that didn't stop us from packing up and going. Our parents thought we were crazy. buy a home - so off to Littleton,CO where we lived from '98 til 2006. We have 3 children, a boy 7 and two girls 5 and 1 1/2. We moved to Salt Lake City area in 2006 because the company my husband and I were working for shut down his department. We were lucky to find a great place here and he is with a really good company. I am fortunately able to stay home and take care of my munchkins! My life isn't how I'd imagined it but it is a good life with a wonderful family. Hope to see you all at the next reunion (whenever that may be)!
