Kate's Story
I moved out to Colorado in 1981. I love the dry sunny climate. It's not unusal to experience all 4 seasons every season. I love it here. Because we are a mile high, the skiies are so blue and we have spectacular clouds and sunsets. Over 300 days of sunshine.

irst love is horses. She is in her third year of Westernaires which is a horseback precision riding program. Joshua also plays soccer, but his first love is hockey. My husband is the influence there as he still plays hockey twice a week.
The one vacation spot that we go back to year after year is Lake Powell. It's like the grand canyon filled up with water. It's absolutely gorgeous! A great place to swim, ski, and have fun! Over 2,000 miles of shoreline.
