Life
My Spouse
My husband, Bob, died on January 10, 2003, after a ten year struggle with prostate cancer. I then moved back to the first house we lived in,in Huntington Station, NY.
My Kids
My daughter, Jennifer, and her husband, Michael, have two children: Christopher and Angela.
Daughter, Amanda, took over her father's job, and moved into my former house in Syosset, where she grew up. On August 20, 2005, she had a beautiful outdoor wedding there when she became Mrs. Christopher Roberts. They are parents of Tyler Christopher and Peyton Matthew.
Son, Jeremy, graduated from Kutztown University in PA. He is married to Sondra, and they are parents of Allen Robert and Ryan William. Jeremy is a firefighter in Allentown, PA.

In June, 2001, I retired after 34 years of teaching. I miss the kids and my friends, but it was time. Now, I substitute teach in the same district. This will be year 49!
Recently, I met a man, who went to St. Pascal's Elementary School, six years ahead of me. I went to high school with his brother, Tommy. His name is Daniel Hughes. It is so nice to have found someone to share my life with again. I am hoping that things continue to be as happy as they are now.
On Saturday, September 12, 2015, Danny and I will be in Eisenhower Park at the annual St. Pascal/Hollis/St. Albans/Cambria Heights etc. neighborhoods and school reunion picnic. It has been going on for the past 30 years. Come one...come all! Bring your picnic lunch and join us!
