Katherine's Story
Life
Graduated from University of Denver with a BA in Psychology. Seem to use that training in every day life but never applied it to any career. Started out in advertising but ultimately decided on the travel business which has always been a great passion of mine. As a leisure travel agent, I plan people's vacations and am lucky enough to travel alot myself, have been fortunate to jump over to Africa 3 times, Ecuador, Greece, Turkey and most of Western Europe and Ireland, Belize and Costa Rica just to name a few. have been living in Chicago for over 20 years in the heart of the city. e the best for me as I am still single! I actually moved back East for 4 years, 1 to eastern long island and then 3 in Ridgefield Ct where I had a wonder travel job but ultimately the urban life offered me more career growth so I moved back to Chicago in 1999. Saw some of the old NCHS gang at the 20th and 25th reunion.
Have been a travel counselor for over 20 years, mostly in CHicago but missed the mountains and the ocean so moved back to Ridgefield CT Dec. 2012 and am working here as well. Anyone from NCHS want to connect, leave me a note.
