Kathi's Story
Life
After graduating from Vero Beach High School, I studied Food Science and Nutrition at The University of Florida, and later earned an MBA in International Marketing from The University of Houston.
I have been married for 28 years and have two daughters aged 19 and 21, the older of whom is a junior at the University of Florida and the younger a freshman at Santa Fe College.
Until recently I was CEO of the European division of a U.S. food company and now have taken a step back to enjoy life more, consulting part-time helping...Expand for more
local Irish companies with marketing and strategic planning.
We have lived in Europe for 12 years and divide our time between our homes in Ireland, a recently renovated farmhouse on the southern coast in County Cork, and in Italy, a 100 year old casa in the foothills of the Sibillini mountains.
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, international travel, contemporary art, reading, "slow-food" cooking, good red wines, painting in acrylic, interior design, walking on the beach, gardening and playing the flute and piano.
