Kathi's Story
2018: I lost my boyfriend, Rick Hughes (JGHS classic '81) to ALS/Lou Gehrig's disease in October 2017.

I'm adopted. I was born Baby Girl Rice-Devers. Both of my biological parents have KY roots. I have been reunited with my biological family. I have two brothers on my BMothers side, I have twelve siblings on my BFathers side. I have met all but two of them. I also have one legal brother., David Culp.
