today is 3/21/2021 and I just got an email from a friend that googled me.... my name , just out of curiosity to see what would pop up and she saw someone else and their history and news in the articles..... a baseball coach and also one more person who are definitely NOT me!! Ha Ha soooo if you see that ......NOT ME .....LOL the info starting below is me.....so back to the "old" and current stuff that I tried to catch up on....thank you Linda, I appreciate you sending me a heads up on this........Love ya....so back to the "old" stuff LOL ......I just felt the need to update and let people know that I do not remember a lot of things from the past.............I had a stroke almost 6 years ago and even though I am "rebuilding" my memories....I still have lost a lot of them. I am trying very hard to update this website and also contacts with some of my "old" classmates. A couple of them are married to guys that went to school with my husband, Sam, at Central Catholic and St. Mary's University. Our son also graduated from Central Catholic ......but he went on to Texas A & M.......and graduated from there. Our daughter went to Lee High School & graduated from UTSA and followed her Mother into working within Politics.......... I still love being outdoors and I swim to keep active....when the body allows..... I love going to the coast and spend as much time down there as I can. Port Aransas is where we go and it is such a fun and relaxing place. I have loved this site because I have reconnected with some friends from high school days and am loving catching up on things...I have also reconnected with some friends that I met along the way after leaving S.A., going to school...not going to school...living, learning and loving life. I lost a couple of those friends fairly recent.... and am now so aware that friendship is so fragile and the need to keep in touch is so important. I lost all of my high school pictures, yearbooks, diploma, etc.........in the hurricane of 1980....when my parents vacation home, in Rockport, Texas had the roof blown off and most of my memories were stored there.....so, I have very little left to go back and remember what we all looked like........this could be a good thing!!! hahaha I've gone to only one reunion....I just don't go to a lot of those kind of things. I am listed on several schools, as a friend, and hope that I continue to catch up with some of those people who touched my li...Expand for more
