Kathie's Story
Some of you may remember me as "Dusty", a name I acquired at "Forge" and have retained to this day. I'd love to hear from the old gang!
After graduation, I worked a number of jobs, hung out with good friends, and enjoyed the nightlife going out to see bands and attending concerts.
I met my first husband in '72. We were married in '77. He was a talent agent and booked a lot of the local bands when live music was extremely popular. We were married for 20 years, and had 2 children.
My son John was born in 1979, and daughter Shelley in 1982. Both of them attended Padua Franciscan High

Ohio Northern Univ., graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice, then joined the Army and is currently in Iraq. He is to be married September 2009. Shelley graduated from Kent State with a degree in Business Management, and is currently employed.
I work in Cleveland making sure our Veterans receive the money that is owed to them. I find it extremely rewarding, and love my job. I have a strong passion for our military and thank them for serving at any age level, active as well as veterans. I am an active member of Blue Star Mothers, as well as Mothers Of Military (M.O.M.s), and do some volunteer work for the USO.
