Kathleen's Story
What have I been up to? Well, after high school I went to Western for 2 years. Moved to Seattle to buy a car, etc. Returned to Western to finish out a BA in Music Education. Taught orchestra a year in Port Angeles. Married/moved to Olympia. Remarried about a year later to my long-term ex-husband of 25 years. We had two girls together who are each married, one has 2 girls (my granddaughters). One has a BA in Psychology from WSU. One works at Legacy Hospital in Vancouver. I've been living in the Vancouver, WA, area since 1985. It's peaceful where I live and I have the luxury of Portland nearby. e Clark College orchestra and have always played in symphonies, either paid or volunteer. My two cats, Shadow and Spice, keep me company. I played tennis for 15 years and after 3 cartilage surgeries, no longer do that. I eat healthy food and exercise by playing golf when time permits and go to 24 Hr Fitness or walk in the winter. I played the Port Ludlow Golf Course during our 40th Class Reunion - it is one of my favorite courses. I try to volunteer politically in the Progressive area (thank you Mr. Howgate for Current Events Class!). It's really good to see all of you on Classmates.com.
