Kathleen's Story
My husband of 27 years, Barry Devine, and I have been fulltime residents of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico for 5 years. Before that, we lived on our Tayana 42 sailboat JOSS for 9 years, six of which were spent crusing. We have traveled the world extensively...and still do! Our 07 trip was on the Trans Siberian Railway from Beijing to St. Petersburg. We also own a second home at the beach south of Zihuatanejo.

one and only son Jason lives in San Francisco with his wife Valerie, and they are about to be first time parents. My mother is now in Walnut Creek having moved from Oakland 10 years ago.
We have been retired since 1998, and are involved with several organizations and charities here in San Miguel. The busiest right now is Democrats Abroad on whose board we both sit.
Life is good south of the border!
