I opened a grooming shop in Lawrence, KS in 1984 and sold it in 2007. I served Lawrence well and taught several people the business of grooming. Several have become very successful. I now groom a very few special dogs at my home. Mostly I enjoy life. I enjoy working out side on the yard and watching nature. I enjoy our animals. Oh, I have recently been seeking out my family geneology on Ancestry.com. What fun!. My goal is to find out when each brance of my tree came to America.".

Flicka has 2 doelings born 5-24. She kept them in the barn under the hay bunk for the first 4 days. Day 5 and 6 she brought them out for a short time in the morning and again in the evening, but put them back in the barn.
The Kansas Miniature Horse Club is having it's annual FUN SHOW at the covered arena at the Leavenworth Fair grounds in Tonganoxie, Kansas on June 15, 2014 beginning at 9:00 AM. Classes are open to all miniature horses. E

This tree had 3 big limbs that forked off right there.
The limb fell right on the fence. It will have to be removed before the neighbor puts cattle in the pasture later when the brome seed matures.
Poor tree has had a time. Been used as fence post all its life. Full of wire and scared. We trimmed all the limbs off our side of the fence already. There is a man who wants to cut it down and make furniture out of it
