Kathleen's Story
I'm living in the state of Delaware--have been here longer than anywhere! I love the moderate climate and the fact that we only get about 6 inches of snow per year!! I also love living so close to the ocean :) We're about 2 hours from DC, Philadelphia, and Baltimore, so the location is ideal in many ways.
After high school I went to college in Georgia and met my ex-husband. I got a degree in Elementary Ed. though now I'm a HS math teacher and also teach part-time at a community college.
After college graduation I lived for about 2 1/2 years in New Mexico and taught Navajo kids, in a small school right outside of the reservations's capital. It was a very cool and unique experience.
Since leaving NM, I've gotten divorced, remarried and divorced again, and am currently single. There haven't been any kids, so that's good!

l go back to PA a couple of times a year, and I'm definitely hoping to catch the next HS reunion--I missed the last 2 unfortunately.
Changing the subject--what do I do for fun?? Well, live music is one of my absolute favorite things to do, and living at the beach, there are lots of opportunities to catch some lesser known bands, in addition to some that were popular years ago. I just saw Candlebox last week, for example. Later in July I'm going to see David Cook at our state fair and also Pete Yorn, here in Dewey Beach. (I am very excited to see him again, and especially since People magazine had a nice little write up about his latest CD!)
I also enjoy going to the beach, watching movies, and entertaining my friends. I'm currently in the process of buying a house (new construction) where I hope to have lots of dinner parties!
