Kathleen's Story
Life
Okay, so here goes...I married a man of nearly 36 years ago, mainly cuz I loved him, was a tad bit fearful that if I didn't say yes, soon, he might quit asking me, one day, which I had hoped wasn't going to be the case, we lived in at Park Newport, Newport Beach in the very beginning then I decided we should also marry each there, overlooking the bay. our 1st home was in Irvine, Ca. then our second home was in Lake Forest. We love our home, finally, since we actually got out there & bought all the bedroom furniture..*S* a new flat-screen TV & a new flet 19 inch computer that I love to work on, now that he retired after 30 years. We raised a daughter together, who is finally married
with 2 kids of her own, a boy, 7 years, and a girl 5 years old, she & they are
my most important duties which has been a bit tough at times since I don't seem to have that so-called "mothers instinct" anymore but hopefully that will
begin soon enough, and I'm very sorry for that, but I never got it..lolol...my
husband is one of my best features & he tries very hard with everything no matter how bitchy I can get, which is a miracle, but I am working on that a lot.
Someday I just might be the person who he fell in love with, sheesh!! I have
good days but also my bad days since having these terrible migraine headaches
since I was 10 years old, but now that they make the Imitrex or Zomig with my blood pressure tablet, as little codeine as possible, about once a month or two since I am allergic to Demerol, that other D medication I cannot take or
remember right now, vicodin ES & antibiotics, as well, plus so many other drugs it can be tough at times but I'll always survive it all, no matter what!! Hey not
everyone has been able able to come back fr...Expand for more
om a coma, a grand mal seizure &
a petit mal seizure so I know I am one toughy who was raised by my parents &
6 sisters to be as tough as nails & you will survive, which I always seem to do,
at least!! I was also hurt by my ex old B/F after he didn't like my answer that I
decided to marry my husband, but that was a very long time ago & although I
have forgiven him, which gave me back my power in the end, but I also told him I'd never forget it, either! I had to re-learn how to walk again, did a great job at that in only 4 months then my husband married me & sued him but good, even though I didn't want much or to have his salary attached, I know, it
might seem stupid but it worked for me, just fine back then, plus I finally got the drapes I so needed for the 1st home at $750 & we still have remained sorta like friends, if I might say that, cuz my husband sued him for $60,000 dollars back in the day of the 70's & I worked a lot, then came the puppies, Augie-
Dawgie, Watergate Willie, Dashiel Hammett Hound & now O_Fibs_N_McGee &
mommy makes 3,are the latest dachshunds since the 1st 3 died & at times I do miss them the older 3 but the last 2 keep me fairly busy, running up & down the
stairs, outside, inside, eating a DVD but not their food...hmmmm, I wonder how
good those DVD's are, now...lolol...so anyway, if anyone has a Q please never
hesitate to ask me, cuz I am on my computer or in bed most of the time, it
seems, but then my husband likes that way, so I try to please him at all times,
and I do hate shopping, too, cooking, cleaning anything, doing laundy isn't as
bad or running the dishwasher, or basically I tend to be the "Button Pusher"
LOL.... Life is good but also what you make of it, I believe, whole-heartedly!!
