Kathleen's Story
Hi everyone, I can't believe it's been almost 40 years. I have survived a lot and am proud to be stronger than ever before. I married my first husband in 1978 and we divorced in 2003 after many years of physical and mental abuse. I do not regret this marriage because I had my daughter, Jennifer from it. She's now 25 and the most wonderful daughter any mother could ask for. In 2001 I met my one and only true love Michael. We married in 2008 and have a wonderful life together in Elk Grove, CA. I have two grandchildren from my two stepdaughters, Sara and Samantha. My Grandson (Caden) and my Granddaughter (Margaret) have brought so much joy and happiness in our lives. It's fun watching all the tiny moments coming to life through their eyes...Expand for more
all over again. It's true they do make you feel young at heart.
My daughter Jennifer moved to Spain 3 years ago. She met a fantastic man (Manuel) and they will one day be married. She's an English teacher at a tiny school and at the academy. She also tutors business English to lawyers. When Manuel gets his papers all ready they will move to the states. I am looking forward to them moving closer.
I travel to Santa Rosa a couple of times a year to visit my mom and dad. They are both 80 and still as sharp as a tack. I am very blessed to have them both.
I can't wait to see everyone at the reunion. The last one I went to was the 10 year because I didn't know about the others.
