Kathleen's Story

I graduated from Troy in 1973. Moved to Montgomery and worked for several years, then moved to Chattanooga for several more. Then I moved to Springfield, Mo. to be near family. Started working for the city Planning Dept in 1981 and got trapped in the gravity well of a blac...Expand for more
k hole. I never meant to stay this long. Now I'm eligible for retirement. Where did all the years go? Update: now I'm retired after 28 years. Budget cuts and thankful that retirement was an option. Working occassionally at an engineering company. Generally enjoying life.
