Life
I've been married for 40 years this September. I live in Las Vegas and have since 1979. My daughter, Shannon,is grown,a graduate of Sacramento State,and I have a granddaughter named Vanessa. I am a Stage Technician/Wardrobe Tech/officer worker through my union and am currently working in the financial office. I also work the Penn and Teller show at the Rio as an Assistant Carpenter/Head Wardrobe. My husband is also a Stage Technician and has been a union member for 30 years. He is also a graduate of North High class of 69. You may remember him as Thisby from A Midsummer's Night Dream at North. My husband and I love to take long trips on our BMW motorcycle. ontana and Sonoma every year with our friends and fellow riders. We do get to Bakersfield on occasion as we both have family still in town.
We recently took a trip to Ireland and loved it immensely. Plan to go back in a couple of years and take our granddaughter. In fact, headed back to Ireland in April 2011 with the granddaughter, daughter, her friend and her friend's mother. Quite a motely crew and should be a lot of fun! Loved the traditional music last time and of course the countryside. The people were quite friendly and would stop and bend an ear on the street for however long you wished to stand and talk!!!! Crazy!!!!
Went to husband's 40th reunion in July. Am hoping to attend mine in October.
