Life
Just thought I would add alittle about where I have been lately. I moved back to England in 2003. I have been living in Oxford for over 3yrs, on a 67ft Narrow Boat, moored on the Oxford canal. Which is 5 mins from the centre of town. I retired from nursing and while I miss alot of it, I don't miss the stress or the physical side of it! I have been back to many of my old haunts here in the UK as well as Germany and europe. I also spent the first part of 05 in So. India, then spent the Summer in Kashmir, Wow is an understatment to say the least. I loved it!!! Hope to be going back in the new yr!
Ihave enjoyed catching up with old friends thru classmates, and hope to find more of you out there!
Oh by the way I have changed my name...to Isidora, Is for short. I still keep in touch with Ian, as we are still very good friends.

Well as Nov closes, my new boat I had built is going on show at EARL"S COURT, in London for 9 days I am so excited. I will post pictures after tge show...Expand for more

More updates as time is available, I'll be very busy getting the boat ready to launch, Of course there will be the champainge bottle, party after, then it's the Winter Holidays. Have a very safe and wonderful Yule and New Years.
Well another year has come and gone, hello 2008!
I haven't launched the boat yet, having the work completed after the boat show. I am looking at a launch date of ? 1 Feb 08 ? Should know more by next week! I am having trouble posting photos on this site. If you want you can try looking on the web sites for Waterways World Jan 08, as well as Canal Boat mag. Listed/shown under Tug and Butty built by Simpsons Boats!Called "La Papillon Blanche" I plan on living around the Glocester/Sharpness canal. I am unable to put where I live on the map as Classmates doesn't include anywhere other than the US and Canada. I am in Oxford England, on the terminus of the Oxford canal in the heart of the city, 5 mins from the train station and coach station!
