Kathleen's Story
Since graduating I have married twice, had a child and enjoyed a wonderful career. My first marriage was from 1972 to 1992 resulting in one son who continues to live in Roseville, CA. I started working for General Motors out of the Roseville area in my early 20's and stayed in the local area until 1999. After 1999 I continued to work for GM but moved to Denver., I left GM after 25 years of service for a new exciting challenge working at a large East coast financial organization. e the decision to retire at the end of 2013 leaving my position as Vice President of the US litigation division. I was single from 1992 until 2004 when I met and married my 2nd Husband. Together we have 3 boys and 5 grandchildren. My husband owned his own financial advisory business for over 30 years before retiring. I lost my husband after a long and hard battle with Lewy Body Dementia in 2021. Six months later I chose to leave Colorado and moved back to Roseville, CA so I could be closer to most of my grandchildren.
