Most fortuitous in my life was being rooted in Springfield. Missouri's midwestern values provided me with a solid structure. I was a girl who thought she wanted the "white picket fence life". One of my favorite proverbs says "Man plans, God laughs" and most certainly my plans never transpired. The morning after graduation I moved to Wichita, Kansas to attended WSU. In college I met the father of my three fabulous children and the adventures began. Luckily, I adore travel and different cultures as his studies took us to Chicago, Switzerland, England, Scotland, Idaho, Oregon and Alaska. He was a professor at Oxford University in England, now at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. My professional path lead to airline sales, real estate, and interior design. I found myself in Phoenix, Arizona and then moved to Southern California. This crazy, diverse, interesting and beautiful state is now my home.
