Life
I'm a happy, Mom. I have a beautiful 17 year old daughter who has brought more joy into my life than I ever thought possible. We had a scare in 2000, when she contracted Meningococcal Meningitis. I almost lost her, but God is Good. She came through with flying colors after a month in the hospital. There is a vaccine, talk to your doctor. No child should have to endure what she did. rtant, Just isn't. Motherhood has mellowed me, but not where my child is concerned. But I love every minute of it. Life has been a little tough lately but god is seeing us through it. I'm just grateful that my daughter is happy and healthy. We're looking forward to this last year of HS and her asperations are to go to Julliard in NYC. So she is getting ready for her auditons this summer and I look forward to this next stage of her life. I'm still basically the same, slightly more mellow
