Kathleen's Story
After 2 years of Bars and Billards at KU, I realized my true calling and entered the culinary program at JCCC. I took the 3 year program to an extended 5 years when I left after the first year and move to Keystone, Colorado to learn the in's and out's of the kitchen in the most beautiful setting I could find. I returned to JCCC after 2 years and graduated in 2001. I immediately moved to Dallas, TX and got a job at the world-renowned Mansion on Turtle Creek. my way up the culinary ladder. I am currently Chef de Cuisine at The Four Seasons Resort and Club in Las Colinas. I got married October 16, 2004 to the most wonderful man. Philip Natale is from outside Rochester, NY, he gratudated from University of Michigan and is also in the restaurant industry. He is a certified specialist of wine and manages Bob's Steak and Chop House in Grapevine, TX. He just turned 40 and we are just now ready to start planning for a family.
