Kathy's Story
I grew up in Robbinsdale, and I went to Lee School, Robbinsdale Jr. High School and Robbinsdale High School. I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B.S. in Special Education in May, 1976. I taught Special Ed. at Central High School in Minneapolis, Apple Valley High School and my last 21 years at Rosemount High School, both in ISD 196. I have lived in Eagan since 1981. a teacher. We have 5 daughters; two of my biological daughters are married. We excitedly welcomed our first grandchild, Adam Jeffrey Hartman, Jr. on March 23rd, 2016. We call him AJ. Rick and I both retired from full-time teaching in June 2014, but continue to sub and work part-time in different positions. One of my "jobs" is being a home helper for my aunt, who will be 101 years old on August 8, 2016.
